Station employee crew business
We learn the basics of station employee duties (booking clerk, wicket) and conductor duties (opening and shutting of guidance broadcast, door) in training room that reproduced the station yard, vehicle realistically.
Service assistance person
Qualification "service assistance person" that JR and the major private railroad companies encourage the acquisition to employee. Acquire during attendance at school; and employment in advantage.

One of the reasons why we chose thoraJAL as is training room full of reality. When we looked at training room where had high completeness that driver's seat or seat were reproduced for the first time, we were convinced saying "we can make a practical study if it was here!". Another decisive factor is night school company training system. We thought that lunch acquired power by receiving class at night while working in pro-train service company. In high school days, we mentioned coolness of conductor in CM of Tokyo Metro and thought, "we want to work in this company!". Because it had employment results to Tokyo Metro to have entered thoraJAL. We can make use of knowledge and skill that we learned from teacher from according to results, industry in job hunting enough and will work in Tokyo Metro which was admiration. Through station employee, conductor, driver, we will be glad in the future if we can carry out general order to manage service of train. At first we want to continue making an effort to play an active part as "face of station".
